Committee on Council Processes

Purpose of the Committee

The committee consists of four Councilmembers whose purpose is to make recommendations to the full Council on the following matters: 

• The internal processes and procedures of the Council and how the work of the Council can be more accessible, equitable, efficient, and transparent;
• Ways to optimize interactions between resident boards and commissions and the Council, in collaboration with the City Clerk and/or their designee; and
• Specific questions related to Council processes that are brought to the committee by the full Council.
