RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, ADOPTING INDIANA CODE§ 5-23 FOR USE AS AN ALTERNATIVE PROCUREMENT METHOD
This resolution adopts the provisions oflndiana Code Title 5, Article 23 with all of its chapters, parts and subparts for the purpose of giving the City the authority to enter into and utilize public-private agreements according to the procedures and requirements applicable to such agreements as provided in that statute.
